Who We Are

MEET THE MOMMIES

We are a very small family home breeder, located at our two homes.   Our goal is to raise quality pups at an affordable price with excellent temperaments and good health. We specialize in the parti colors with an accent in white.  Our adult mini schnauzers live in our house with us and act just like a family.  All puppies are born in our homes and cared for inside until they are ready to go home with their new family.  We do work with the puppies to paper train prior to going home.

Our dogs are current on shots, worming, and take monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do our best to make sure that our puppies come to you healthy and parasite free.  Our puppies receive their first shots at six weeks of age and we recommend they receive their shots at nine weeks of age and twelve weeks of age and then yearly thereafter. All puppies come with our 2 year health guarantee letter.

Our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club, however, except under certain circumstances (or to approved breeder), will be sold with "limited" registration.   We make every attempt to match the new owner with their "perfect pet", but the buyer also must agree that under NO circumstances will this pup ever be turned over to an animal shelter, or dog pound. In the event that the buyer can no longer provide for this dog, and cannot find it a proper home, please notify us immediately. Unless other arrangements are made, all pet quality puppies sell with an AKC limited registration.  This does not mean the puppy has a genetic problem or is not healthy; this is to protect my puppies from entering the puppy mill population.

We reserve first choice of all litters for our breeding program.

The Miniature Schnauzer is a breed of small dog of the Schnauzer type that originated in Germany in the mid-to-late 19th century. Up to the nineteenth century, Schnauzers were considered rough-haired Pinschers.  Schnauze means muzzle in German, so this breed was named for its characteristic shaggy muzzle.  There are three Schnauzer varieties, the Giant, The Standard, and The Miniature. The Schnauzer is high-spirited, energetic, impetuous (though stable), hardy, proud, and dominant. They are described as "spunky" but aloof dogs, with good guarding tendencies The Miniature Schnauzer can be a variety of colors. Black, Salt and Pepper, Black and Silver, and now White, Liver, as well as Parti colors have been bred.  A Miniature Schnauzer should be 12-14 inches tall and weigh from 9-15 lbs. Your Miniature Schnauzer should be brushed often and will require a trim about every three months to keep looking his best. They have a robust, almost square shape. The eyebrows are prominent with generous whiskers and a moustache. This devoted, affectionate dog loves children and makes an excellent pet.
